Canada

Next Level Directional Drilling is looking for a Project Coordinator who supports the coordination and tracking of projects by maintaining accurate data, organizing documentation, and ensuring information flows smoothly across teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, up to date, and on track.

Core Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining project documentation across internal systems
- Enter and maintain accurate production and tracking data
- Coordinate locates, drawings, and supporting documents
- Build, update, and maintain tracking spreadsheets and reports
- Support internal teams with data, reporting, and issue resolution
- Assist with additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed
- Follow up with teams to collect, verify, and update project data and documentation

Skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling communication, including calls, texts, and emails, to gather information or handle requests
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Comfortable working with databases and tracking systems
- Transparent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Assets

- Experience in project coordination or administration
- Familiarity with construction, utilities,



or telecommunications environments
- Experience with production tracking or reporting systems
