We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Receptionist ( Tracker)to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage patient records and update information accurately
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
Qualifications:
Previous dental receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with computer systems and dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Skilled and friendly demeanor
Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
