We are a brand-new climbing gym facility located in Richmond, BC.

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and responsible person to join our team! We’re more than just a climbing gym — we’re a fun, welcoming community built around movement, adventure, fitness, and great people.

We are looking for a young female who brings positive energy, enjoys working with people - especially kids, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time (mostly on weekend) role focused on Front Desk Operations and also as an Instructor for how to use our auto belay system.

Schedule Requirements

- Weekdays 2:00PM-7:00 PM or
- Saturdays and Sundays 10AM-7PM

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Services

- Welcoming guests with great energy
- Booking climbing sessions, answering phones, and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with day-to-day gym operations
- Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility





Administrative Support

- Managing client accounts
- General admin tasks
- Supporting daily operations and team coordination

Instructor Support

- Provide briefing to every guest on how to use our auto belay system
- Training will be provided

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of post-secondary education
- Approximately 2 years of work experience
- Previous front desk, administration, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer skills (Google Drive, email, Excel, Word)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy environment
- Strong customer service mindset
