- Enter orders into Truckmate
- Review orders for accuracy
- Manifest freight to destinations
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with others
- Work closely with dock personnel and dispatch to provide administrative tracking support
- Work cohesively with all departments to help in supporting and promoting business solutions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate professionalism, interpersonal skills and keen attention to details
- 2+ years experience with billing auditing, customer service or administration
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications
- Be able to work well independently or as a team
- Flexibility with availability and hours dependent on other team players time off (able to cover other shifts (between 3 and 12 am)
- Be able to type 50 WPM or higher with 95%+ accuracy
