As a Heavy Equipment Operator/laborer, your duties may include the following:
- Operating heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, skid steers, tracked carriers, etc. in mountainous terrain.
- Completion of daily inspections, cleaning, lubricating, small repairs (general maintenance), and refueling of equipment.
- Excavator Operator: grubbing, clearing, general excavating, trenching, building equipment pads, access.
- Bulldozer Operator: Building of access trails, snow clearing, winching.
- Skid Steer: Augering, material handling, snow removal, site leveling, spoil removal.
- Tracked Carriers: Material hauling
- Labour: general labor, load securement, basic rigging, driving of company vehicles. Ensuring secure and clean site at the end of the day.
Requirements:
- Must possess a drivers license with clean drivers abstract
- 3 Year’s experience Minimum
- Commercial excavation experience mandatory
- Capacity to follow and provide instruction
- Demonstrate a protected work manner, follow safety regulations, company rules, and policies.
- Be respectful, reliable, cooperative in a team environment.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours and out of town as needed (75% +).

Pay: $34.10 per hour
