What You'll Be Doing

- Meet and connect with prospective tenants, showcasing some of the city's most exciting rental properties
- Conduct property tours and help clients find their next home
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from first inquiry to signed lease
- Build relationships with current and prospective residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up on leads and manage inquiries through phone, email, text, and social media
- Negotiate lease agreements and help close deals
- Maintain accurate records using industry-leading property management software
- Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve leasing goals and maximize occupancy




- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to ensure residents have a great experience

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service, hospitality, sales, or real estate experience is an asset—but not required
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software systems
- Passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect home
