Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our organization’s operations, strategic initiatives and drive Sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in financial management, and proficiency with various accounting software. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily business functions, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence within a team-oriented environment. The position is full-time and involves managing sales teams, install teams, financial oversight, and implementing efficient processes to support company objectives.

Duties

- Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Drive Sales Growth and lead management
- Manage financial activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and budgeting
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms for account reconciliation and analysis
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to inform strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Lead team management efforts including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development




- Coordinate with external auditors and manage account audits to maintain financial integrity
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows and operational procedures
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction or revenue enhancement

Experience

- Proven experience in a managerial or executive role within a finance or operations setting
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll management
- Demonstrated ability in budgeting, account reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and implement strategic solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
