As our Clinic Manager, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff while helping drive the continued growth of the clinic.

Operations & Administrative Experience

✔ Experience managing daily clinic operations
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills
✔ Ability to improve systems, workflows, and procedures
✔ Experience with appointment scheduling and practice management software
✔ Strong data entry and administrative accuracy
✔ Goal-oriented with excellent attention to detail

Billing & Healthcare Experience

✔ Experience with billing, insurance claims, and direct billing processes
✔ Experience managing accounts receivable and outstanding balances
✔ Experience using Jane EMR is strongly preferred
✔ Knowledge of private insurance and third-party billing




✔ Familiarity with Alberta extended health benefits is an asset
✔ Experience in a Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, or other allied healthcare clinic is highly preferred

Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare or allied health setting
- Experience supervising, coaching, and motivating administrative staff
- Previous experience working in a Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, or multidisciplinary clinic is strongly preferred
- Experience with Jane EMR is considered a significant asset
