Operations and Concierge Supervisor

Position Summary

The Operations and Concierge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, security, cleanliness, and resident services of a residential condominium. This role ensures the building is safe, well-maintained, and professionally managed while supervising concierge operations and coordinating with the Building Manager, contractors, service providers, and residents. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills while maintaining a highstandard of customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the residential condominium, including concierge services, building security, resident services, contractor access, and staff scheduling to ensure efficient and professional building management.

Coordinate preventative maintenance, perform routine inspections and minor repairs, oversee seasonal property maintenance, and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all interior and exterior common areas. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and visitors, managing package and mail services, responding to inquiries, and supervising concierge staff to maintain high service standards. Monitor building security systems, control building access, maintain emergencyprocedures, coordinate evacuations when required,



and respond promptly to security or operational issues. Liase with contractors, management, and the Board. Maintain operational records, prepare reports and notices, order supplies, and ensure compliance with building policies and procedures. Perform and supervise additional maintenance, and administrative duties as assigned to ensure that the building remains safe, clean, secure, and well maintained while promoting a positive living environment for residents.

**** NOTE THIS POSITION COMES WITH A 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT ON SITE.

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year

- Bachelors degree communication or related field .

1 year supervisory experience in residential building operations, hospitality or related field. Preparing reports and notices, ordering supplies in accordance with building policies.
Strong working knowledge of residential building systems. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Willing to clean all common areas in accordance with maintenance schedules, must be able to cut grass and use a snow blower and salt common areas. Must have valid security guard licence and emergency first aid certification. Perform additional operational, maintenance, and administrative duties as assigned to ensure a safe, clean, secure and well maintained positive living experience for the residents.
