As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll meet with customers, learn about their Internet, TV, and home phone needs, recommend personalized bundled solutions, and build confidence through face-to-face interactions. If you're energetic, competitive, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Connect with customers and recommend Internet, TV, and home phone solutions that fit their lifestyle.
- Learn and present the benefits of bundled connectivity services..
- Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
- Explain promotions, pricing, and service options in a simple, easy-to-understand way.
- Generate sales by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions.




- Help customers compare their current services and discover better-value packages.
- Stay up to date on new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Work with a supportive team to achieve individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Interest in sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment.
