Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with excellent communication skills. The primary responsibilities of this role will be answering incoming calls, completing general administrative tasks, and supporting the director with day-to-day tasks. Over time, there is potential to expand into other administrative functions within the company, including client services and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Frontline Administrative Support
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, routing as appropriate, and creating tickets.
- Greet and assist visitors at the door, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide accurate information and escalate inquiries when needed.
- Support the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, calendar coordination, task tracking, and follow-up on action items.
- Assist with general office upkeep, including maintaining common areas, watering plants, and other light housekeeping duties.
- Run occasional business-related errands and assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Help ensure the office operates efficiently by providing support wherever needed.
Continuous Improvement:
- Learn and adapt to new administrative responsibilities over time.
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth.
- Support team members by staying proactive and engaged.
Qualifications
Core Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability.
Bonus Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, ticketing systems).
- Basic IT knowledge or comfort working in a technology-focused environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
