We are looking for a full-time Project Lead to join our team of Resource Professionals working for the Utility Infrastructure Management Department. Our mission is to provide the highest caliber of service to meet the needs of our clients, and we are only as good as the people on our team. This role requires a diverse set of skills related to utility access management; including but not limited to, forest road layout, traverse and design, road deactivation prescription development, road construction supervision, and stream classification. This position can be based out of North Vancouver, Chilliwack, Maple Ridge, or Squamish, B.C.

Job Responsibilities:
This position offers a combination of field and office work, and its responsibilities will generally include:
- Leading the field crew in data collection and various field duties.
- Supporting the project managers on several phases of projects execution.
- Coordinating between project managers and team members, sub-contractors and consultants.
- Ensuring work meets the established standards for quality control and for safety.
- Preparing reports and professional assessments.
- Supporting on various tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working in the natural resource industry is required.
- Registration with FPBC is a requirement at a minimum as a TFT or FIT.
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold RFT or RPF designation.
- Robust Professional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience designing resource roads in RoadEng 11 is an asset.
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driving Licence; experience driving 4x4 trucks and ATVs.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors; willing to work in diverse and demanding conditions.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Compensation:
- The hourly range is $35-$40, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
