Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Prospect, generate, and secure new customers and business opportunities.
- Visit customer sites to understand their needs and present company products and solutions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to forecast product demand and seasonal requirements.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the company's CRM or reporting system.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and reliable transportation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Fluency in Filipino is considered a strong asset.
