Position Overview

We are seeking professional and service focused Fine Dining Servers to join our front of house team. This role is ideal for individuals who understand that fine dining service requires attention to detail, proper pacing, and a calm, respectful approach to guest care.

Servers are expected to deliver consistent, high quality service while working collaboratively within a structured and professional dining environment.

Primary Responsibilities

- Welcome guests courteously and assist with seating
- Present menus and provide clear and accurate information regarding food and beverage offerings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain proper table service throughout the dining experience including pacing, clearing, and table upkeep
- Monitor guest needs and respond to requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service stations
- Work cooperatively with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow all workplace policies, service standards, and health and safety procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

- Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast paced environment
- Remain composed and organized during peak service periods




- Follow management direction and established operational procedures
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance
- Perform all duties in compliance with Ontario labour, health, and safety regulations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in fine dining or upscale casual service preferred
- Knowledge of professional table service and guest etiquette
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the role
- Valid Smart Serve certification or willingness to obtain prior to starting employment
