Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves safely transporting vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience with commercial driving. Responsibilities

- Safely operate flat beds to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and vehicle recovery requests
- Inspect and maintain flat bed equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning
- Assist customers with vehicle loading and unloading, providing courteous service
- Document all towing activities accurately and report any issues or damages
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary




- Utilize mechanical knowledge to handle various vehicle types and situations

Requirements

- Valid tow truck operator's licence with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair and troubleshooting
- Customer service skills with a skilled attitude towards clients
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks as needed
- Prior experience with automotive repair or mechanical work (preferred)
