We are a leading wholesale company seeking a dynamic, results-driven North American Sales Manager specializing in the Beauty & Housewares sectors. This role is specifically focused on driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within major off-price and value retail channels.

The ideal candidate will possess a powerful track record of B2B sales and account management, with established, active relationships with key buyers at the national retailers. If you know how to pitch, close, and manage high-volume programs in the off-price space, we want to talk to you.

- Compensation: $60,000 – $70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- Location: Vancouver BC

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Off-Price Channel Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically targeting TJX Group, Burlington, Ross, and other key national value retailers within the Beauty & Housewares categories.
- Account Management & Retention: Nurture and expand existing relationships with corporate buyers, ensuring high fulfillment rates, exceptional customer service, and long-term partnership growth.
- Pipeline & Inventory Monetization: Proactively identify opportunities to pitch closeouts, inline programs, and special opportunistic buys tailored to the off-price retail calendar.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with our marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align product availability and packaging with buyer specifications and market trends.
- Data-Driven Sales Tracking: Utilize Salesforce (CRM) to track pipeline velocity, forecast seasonal sales volumes, and analyze category performance metrics.
- End-to-End Deal Negotiation: Lead complex contract, pricing, and margin negotiations to secure highly profitable,



mutually beneficial programs.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain a pulse on competitor assortments, off-price retail trends, and consumer shifting behaviors to keep our product offerings highly competitive.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience within the Beauty or Housewares sectors, with a heavy emphasis on selling into TJX, Burlington, and/or Ross.
- Established Rolodex: Active, warm relationships with corporate buyers in the relevant categories is highly preferred.
- Off-Price Expertise: Deep understanding of the off-price retail model, including vendor compliance guidelines, markdown structures, and high-volume shipping logistics.
- Master Negotiator: Exceptional closing and negotiation skills with a history of managing complex, high-dollar volume deals.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in assessing market data, inventory turn rates, and retail math to inform strategic pitching.
- CRM Savvy: Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for forecasting and pipeline management.
