Refrigeration Mechanic –313A
Location: Burlington, ON
Pay Rate: $46–$52/hr
Shift: 2/2/3 Rotating Shift

Fuze HR is hiring a Refrigeration Mechanic for a large food production facility in Burlington. This is a full-time, permanent role working on ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, HVAC, and plant utilities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Maintain and troubleshoot refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and utility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Work on pumps, compressors, piping, and mechanical equipment
- Monitor and adjust system performance and controls
- Support equipment installations and plant projects

Requirements:

- 4th Class Operating Engineer (TSSA)
- Refrigeration B Operator or Class A Operator
- 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning License considered a strong asset




- Minimum 6,000 hours of operating experience
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with pumps, compressors, and piping systems
- Welding experience
- Industrial or food manufacturing experience preferred
- Comfortable working rotating 12-hour day/night shifts
