At Minuteman Press East Vancouver, we are a full-service print and marketing company providing high-quality products and outstanding service since 2011. We are now looking for a skilled Print Production Operator & Graphic Designer who can also handle customer service tasks as part of our team.
Job Description
This role is hands-on with digital presses, large-format printers, and prepress software, while also requiring strong graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). In addition, you will assist customers by phone, email, and in person—helping them with orders, questions, and project details.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain digital and large-format print equipment.
- Prepare, check, and troubleshoot files for print (prepress).
- Design and edit customer files using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist customers: answer calls/emails, provide quotes, and take orders.
- Ensure high-quality production and accurate job setup.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ year experience in digital/large-format print production and prepress.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.
- Customer service experience is an asset, but print production skills are essential.
