Construction Sales Representative — Friends General Contracting Inc., ON | Full-Time

Overview

Friends General Contracting is looking for a driven Construction Sales Representative to generate leads, meet with homeowners and commercial clients, and close renovation and construction projects across the Niagara Region.

What You'll Do

- Generate and follow up on leads (inbound inquiries, referrals, and self-sourced)
- Meet with prospective clients, conduct site visits, and understand project needs
- Present proposals, handle objections, and close deals
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact to signed contract
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Work with the estimating/production team to ensure quotes reflect client scope
- Represent FGC professionally on-site and in the community

What We're Looking For

- Proven sales experience, ideally in construction, renovation, home services, or a related field




- Strong closing ability and comfort with a target-driven role
- Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction (enough to speak credibly with clients)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a pipeline independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (site visits required)
- CRM or estimating software experience an asset
