We are looking for someone to work in our coffee bar! Experience is an asset but not required, we are happy to train the right person.

The Position

- Coffee Bar (Primary Focus): Crafting exceptional espresso beverages, managing shift flow, maintaining high quality products, and providing a welcoming customer experience at the bar.
- Future Transition: This role begins with a primary focus on the coffee bar to cover a temporary team leave (approx. 3–6 months). Afterward, the position will transition into a permanent, multi-department role—expanding into either Front of House/Retail Grocery or Food Prep, depending on your strengths and our team’s evolving needs.

- Menu Creativity: Excitement to help brainstorm and develop seasonal drink specials.
- Experience: Prior espresso experience is preferred given the lead coverage, but we are fully willing to train the right person who demonstrates speed,



passion, and strong communication.

The Requirements

- Availability: Must be available to work at least one weekend day per week and full-time shifts.
- Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants a permanent, long-term position—not just a temporary contract.
- Passion: A genuine love for third-wave coffee culture, high-quality ingredients, and outstanding customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
