Seasonal position: August through the end of December 2026

Do you love photography and art, and enjoy helping people? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our small, creative team. If you take pride in looking after people well and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a front-of-store role centred on client experience, with a variety of responsibilities across sales, order handling, and light production support. It is a seasonal position running from August to the end of December 2026, covering our busiest stretch of the year.

What You'll Do

- Greet customers and set the tone for a welcoming front of store
- Assist clients in-store, by phone, and over email
- Help clients through order pickups from start to finish
- Guide clients through our Express Print Kiosk so they can print their memories
- Process orders, payments, and pickups accurately
- Provide guidance on printing, framing, and related products
- Support light production tasks and collaborate with the production team
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming customer-facing spaces
- Handle personal artwork and photographs with care and attention

Qualifications

- Sales or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with computers and POS systems
- High attention to detail and organization
- Proactive communicator
- Availability for weekdays and Saturdays (no Sundays)
- Available for the full seasonal term, August through the end of December 2026

Assets (Not Required, But Valued)

- Visually creative hobbies (drawing, painting, sewing, sculpture, digital art, etc.)
- Strong emotional intelligence, which is truly significant here, since we work with meaningful, personal artwork and photographs
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop
- Background in photography, art, framing, or retail in a creative setting
