About the Role

We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Operations Coordinator to help keep our busy office and field operations running smoothly.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with our technicians, customers, suppliers, and management team to coordinate daily operations and ensure work gets completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians
- Coordinate work orders and customer follow-ups
- Receive shipments and organize inventory
- Order materials from suppliers
- Assist walk-in customers
- Review completed work orders for accuracy
- Support estimating and project coordination
- Keep office operations organized and running efficiently

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Can manage multiple priorities at once
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills




- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Enjoys problem solving and learning new things
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Works well independently and as part of a team

Experience in construction, service, trades, logistics, or office coordination is an asset but not required.

Requirements

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset.
- Must currently reside in, or be relocating to, the Sea to Sky Corridor (Squamish, Whistler, or Pemberton).
