Overview
We are seeking a dedicated experienced Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to various building projects. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically capable, reliable, and eager to develop their skills in the construction industry. The Construction Laborer will support skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of manual tasks on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in home renovation or residential carpentry
- Basic carpentry skills including framing, drywall installation, trim, doors, and repairs
- Ability to use common hand and power tools safely
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions or basic plans
- Physically able to lift materials and perform manual labor
- Solid work ethic, attention to detail,



and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of job-site safety practices
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
