Summary:

G-Force Security is seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join our team in Brampton, ON. The successful candidate will help maintain a protected and secure environment by patrolling assigned sites, monitoring access, responding to incidents, and enforcing security procedures. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Patrol assigned areas to maintain a safe and secure environment and identify potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect suspicious activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, taking appropriate action and reporting as required.
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and surrounding property to ensure safety and security standards are maintained.
- Control access to the premises by verifying visitors, contractors, and authorized personnel.
- Prepare accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Provide professional customer service by assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and enforcing site policies.
- Work closely with emergency services and law enforcement when required to ensure the safety of people and property.

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
- Previous security experience is required.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control,



and loss prevention practices is preferred.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G Class driver's licence and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Open and flexible availability, with the ability to work weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts as needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
