Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef to join our Vietnamese sandwich shop team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality Banh Mi and other menu items while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and consistency. You will help manage daily kitchen operations, prepare ingredients, monitor inventory, and ensure every order is made with care and attention to detail. Working closely with the team, you will contribute to an efficient kitchen and provide customers with delicious food and excellent service every day.

Tasks

- Create new recipes
- Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
- Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- or equivalent experience
