What we are looking for:

- Knowledge of Dispatching software is a must (experience of 2 years+)
-Schedule pick up/ drop offs with appropriate paper work to both carrier and clients .

- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills.

- Calm and quick decision-maker under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Solid attention to detail and multitasking ability.

- Tracking & Monitoring: Track active shipments and driver locations to ensure on-time performance and proactively manage potential delays or detours.

- Client & Carrier Relations: Maintain regular communication with customers and carriers to provide status updates and resolve shipment inquiries.

Availability: 40 hours / week, occasional after hours communication by phone or email

Qualifications:

- Proven work experience as a Dispatcher or similar role

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Maintain accurate and live logs of trip details, delivery receipts,



and operational records in our dispatch system.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Editor)
- Knowledge of office and accounting procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
