We are currently seeking a Bilingual (English/French) Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our client's team near Saint-Laurent, QC.

Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Salary: $50,000-60,000/year

Responsibilities:

- Managing inventory
- Shipping/receiving
- Booking appointments
- Assigning work orders
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Bilingual (English and French)
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role within a warehouse environment
- Experience with TruckMate is a strong asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong administrative/data entry skills
- Outstanding ability to multitask
- Able to work Monday to Friday on the day shift
