Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Heart and Stroke Instructor to join our team in Canada. Based in, this role is vital in delivering high-quality training that aligns with our mission to make the world a safer place. As part of our team, you will help empower individuals with life-saving skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging Heart and Stroke training courses to diverse groups.
- Develop interactive lesson plans tailored to different learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of course completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and certification requirements.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation.
- Stay updated on the latest guidelines from Heart and Stroke Foundation.
Qualifications
- Certified Heart and Stroke Basic Life Support Instructor
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, preferably in health or safety education.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage learners effectively.
- Robust classroom management skills.
- Certification or experience related to Heart and Stroke Foundation courses is an asset.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to various audiences.
- Passion for community health and safety education.
- Reliable and professional demeanor.
- Prior experience delivering CPR or first aid training is preferred.
