This pivotal role involves executing and supporting complex EFTR (Electronic Fund Transfer Reporting) activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards. Required Skills:

- 1.5+ years of progressive experience in FINTRAC EFTR regulatory reporting
- Proven ability to independently manage moderate-to-high complexity operational tasks
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to work under strict deadlines
- Effective communication skills for internal collaboration and issue resolution

Nice to Have Skills:

- Prior experience within Bank or a similar financial institution
- Knowledge of AML operations and data remediation processes
- Experience supporting regulatory audits or compliance reviews

Preferred Education and Experience:





- High school diploma or higher
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services or AML operations
