About Us

We're a bootstrapped, founder-led AI software startup preparing for launch and looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant to help us acquire our first paid pilot customers.

Our platform is not another AI note-taking tool. It's an AI-powered meeting platform designed for companies with 20+ employees to improve meeting effectiveness, accountability, and operational execution.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with early-stage companies and wants to play a meaningful role in bringing an innovative product to market.

Who We're Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for someone who:

- Has experience selling B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Has relationships with founders, CEOs, COOs, operations leaders, HR leaders, or other business decision-makers.
- Enjoys networking, building relationships, and creating opportunities.
- Can independently identify and qualify potential customers.
- Is excited by startup environments where they can make a real impact.

We're not looking for someone whose primary strategy is high-volume cold calling. We value relationship-driven business development, warm introductions, referrals, LinkedIn networking, strategic outreach, and other thoughtful approaches to creating qualified opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Identify companies with 20+ employees that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Build relationships with decision-makers.
- Qualify opportunities before introducing them to the founder.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations with the founder.
- Support follow-up conversations and help move opportunities toward paid pilot agreements.




- Share market feedback to improve our messaging and sales strategy.

You won't be expected to answer highly technical product questions alone. The founder will join qualified meetings to demonstrate the platform and answer product-specific questions.

Compensation

This is a performance-based contract opportunity.

- Commission of 10%–25% for every paid pilot you help close.
- Current pilot pricing ranges from approximately $2,800–$3,700, $4700, depending on company size.
- Potential commission earnings range from approximately $280–$925, $1125 per successful pilot.
- Opportunity for a longer-term consulting relationship as the company grows.

Pay: $10,300.00-$40,000.00 per month
