The Opportunity

Our client, a growing, reputable insurance brokerage located in Woodbridge, ON, is looking for motivated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to grow your hands-on experience in personal insurance, develop client relationships, and work alongside award winning brokers who are committed to helping you succeed. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day servicing and growth of a $2M book of business (approximately) working hand in hand with Sales Executives (Producers), ensuring timely and accurate service and support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



Minimum 5+ years of experience as a RIBO licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Customer Service Advisor (CSA) within an Ontario insurance brokerage.

- Mastery of Applied Epic, minimum 3 years of experience.

- Licensing: Active Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license in good standing is mandatory.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

What we offer:

· Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $75,000 base, negotiable based on experience)
