Copper Tip Energy Services is currently hiring a Hydraulic Specialist to support our field operations and equipment reliability.

This role is critical in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing hydraulic systems on our nitrogen and fluid pumping units.

This is facility and field-focused, hands-on position ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-demand environments and takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems on nitrogen and fluid pumping equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on pumps, power units, and related systems
- Work closely with operations crews to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance
- Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and reliability upgrades
- Support field operations as required, including travel to job sites
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures

Qualifications & Experience





- 5+ years of experience working with hydraulic systems, preferably in oil & gas or heavy equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with high-pressure pumping systems considered a strong asset
- Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical manuals
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
