- Assist customers in completing credit applications and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop personalized financing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current financial products, interest rates, and dealership promotions.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues,

Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive finance or related financial services within a dealership setting.
