RED Mountain Resort is hiring Bar Person (Server/Bartender) for the 2026/27 Winter Season! As a Bar Person at RED Mountain, you’ll be a key part of delivering exceptional dining experiences, ensuring every guest feels welcome and every meal reflects our high standards of service, safety, and quality.

What You’ll Do

- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience.
- Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations.
- Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B; teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and POS transactions as required.
- Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift




- Support other outlets as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking energetic hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and eager to grow in a dynamic mountain resort setting.

You bring:

- 2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment.
- Must be at least 19 years of age.
- Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Level 1 Certification.
- Experience with POS systems is an asset.
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in indoor and occasional outdoor settings.
