We are currentlty hiring for a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of a Dispatcher in our organization. This is a full-time permanent position. We are looking for someone who has experience with booking loads and interacting with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Book loads using load boards (Loadlink, DAT)
- Reach out to customers and use their loadboards
- Communicate with customers via phone/ emails
- Provide updates to customers for duration of the shipment
- Pay attention to details and work well under pressure
- Communicate with drivers regarding the shipment
- Must be able to build professional relationships with customers
- Amazon

Minimum Requirements:





- Must have knowledge of both US and Canada market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of dry and temperature controlled shipments
- Knowledge of FTL and LTL loads
- Knowledge of Hours-of-Service regulations
- Must be team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Must possess great organizational skills
- Having experience with Amazon loadboard would be an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
