THE OPPORTUNITY

- High demand for massage therapy with ongoing referrals
- Ideal for an experienced RMT or a confident newer grad ready to grow quickly
- Strong collaboration with physiotherapists and chiropractors, driving consistent internal referrals

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments, including therapeutic, deep tissue, relaxation, and injury-focused care
- Maintain and grow the existing caseload through excellent patient care
- Collaborate with other practitioners to provide integrated treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients on self-care, posture, and recovery strategies
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards at all times

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in good standing with an Alberta-recognized association
- Completed a 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma
- Holds valid professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach
- Reliable,



professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative clinic environment
- Experience with injury rehab, MVA, or postural care is an asset (but not required)
