True North Cargo & Fabrication Co. is a growing trailer manufacturing, repair, and custom fabrication company serving customers across Eastern Ontario and beyond. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and innovative trailer solutions.

We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Jack of All Trades who enjoys working with their hands and wants to grow with a fast-paced, expanding company.

Responsibilities

- Assist with trailer manufacturing and assembly
- Perform trailer repairs, maintenance, and upgrades
- Complete carpentry and interior finishing work
- Install and repair electrical and plumbing systems in trailers
- Perform welding and metal fabrication (experience considered an asset)
- Install cabinets, trim, flooring, and other custom components
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

- Construction experience preferred




- Experience with carpentry and finishing
- Electrical and plumbing experience is an asset
- Welding and fabrication experience is an asset
- Ability to use power and hand tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical work
