Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and server stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.




- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required.
- Hospitality background is must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments.
- Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and safety standards is advantageous.
- Experience using POS systems is a plus but training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
