PromoChrom Technologies is a fast-growing company specializing in automated laboratory systems. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will assist in assembling, wiring, and testing high-quality products while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills, good attention to detail, and a keen interest in manufacturing processes

Full-time
CA$50,000 to CA$55,000 per year

Key responsibilities:

- Assemble product casings, subcomponents, and wiring according to specifications
- Perform light machining tasks, including drilling, turning, and CNC milling
- Conduct circuit-board and electrical soldering as required
- Track and maintain component and material inventory
- Perform product testing and quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow standard operating procedures, safety rules, and company policies
- Support additional production-related duties as assigned

Requirements:





- Resident of British Columbia
- Secondary school diploma required
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to follow technical instructions and work accurately
- Reliable, organized, and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Experience using power tools and performing light machining work
- Experience in hands-on manufacturing roles
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. safely
- Valid work authorization in Canada

Preferred experience:

- 2+ years of experience in production, assembly, or a related field
- Experience with circuit-board soldering and CNC milling
- Knowledge of product assembly and electrical wiring

Work Location:

- On-site at PromoChrom Technologies, Richmond, BC
- Applicants must be able to commute reliably or plan to relocate before starting work
