Wage: $18.85 onwards

Type: Part Time (10 to 20 hours)

Location: Near Downtown Victoria, BC

Employment Type:- Temporary/Contract

Start Date:- August 4, 2026

Position Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia Basic Security Training (BST)
- Valid OFA Level 1
- Community engagement training for managing sensitive interactions, especially with homeless individuals
- Strong leadership, observation, and conflict de-escalation skills
- Excellent report writing and customer service abilities
- Qualified, disciplined approach with strong communication skills
- Ability to supervise a team, ensuring procedures are followed
