Warehouse Associate

Location: Surrey, BC
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Pay: Up to $27 per hour
Schedule: Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, inventory organization, pallet handling, and receiving incoming shipments.

This position requires someone who can learn product SKUs quickly, communicate effectively with team members, and work independently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders and packing lists
- Pack, label, and organize orders for delivery or customer pickup
- Learn and identify product SKUs quickly and accurately
- Organize inventory, packages, shelves, and warehouse storage areas
- Receive, sort, count, and verify incoming inventory
- Move, stack, wrap, and organize pallets safely
- Assist with unloading shipping containers and incoming deliveries
- Help plan and guide the proper placement and stacking of goods on pallets
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Assist with regular inventory checks and stock organization
- Ensure packages are properly labelled and stored in the correct locations
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized
- Follow workplace safety procedures when lifting and moving products
- Assist with other warehouse and delivery-related duties as required

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, inventory, order-picking, or packing experience is preferred




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and remember product SKUs quickly
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability throughout the week
- Ability to safely lift and carry heavy items
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills are required

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid British Columbia Class 5 driver’s licence
- Forklift operator certificate or previous forklift experience
- Experience unloading shipping containers
- Experience arranging, stacking, and securing products on pallets
- Previous inventory control or Inventory Associate experience

Physical Requirements

- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry items weighing up to [50 lbs / 23 kg]
- Ability to safely move packages, cartons, and warehouse products
- Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment
