We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a contract opportunity in Welland, ON, supporting recruitment and onboarding within a manufacturing environment. This 100% in-office role is ideal for a highly organized HR and recruiting professional with strong experience in high-volume hiring, production-level recruitment, and coordination across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

As a Recruiter, you will play an key role in supporting full cycle recruitment activities for positions across Canada, including hourly and salaried roles. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented HR function where accuracy, communication, and candidate experience are essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support full cycle recruitment activities for hourly and salaried roles across Canada.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications,



hiring manager follow-ups, and recruitment process steps.
- Prepare and generate offer letters while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.
- Administer new hire onboarding, including paperwork completion, document collection, and file maintenance.
- Maintain and update information within the company’s document management systems and ATS.
- Help ensure a smooth, organized, and professional candidate and new hire experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of human resources experience within a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years' experience in production level recruiting and recruiting coordination / high volume recruitment (must have experience recruiting for technicians, quality associates, IT, planners, supply chain, production etc.)
- At least 5 years' experience working with HRIS/ATS systems
