Duties

- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to oversee critical zones and detect suspicious activity
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and employees before granting access to the premises
- Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability




- Enforce loss prevention policies by observing for theft or misconduct and intervening appropriately
- Perform routine inspections of security equipment and report any malfunctions or hazards

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable
- Familiarity with surveillance systems such as CCTV and other electronic monitoring tools
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices for maintaining a secure environment
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior quickly
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with team members and visitors
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding decisively to emergencies
- Basic understanding of security protocols, emergency procedures, and relevant legal regulations

Pay: $18.25-$20.25 per hour
