United Bakery Manufacturers Inc. is looking to hire a full-time DZ driver for a company light truck to perform transfer of ingredients, packaging and finished products between facilities. In addition, the job includes support of daily warehouse operations, such as loading / unloading, storage and inventory tasks.

Please apply only if you have valid DZ Truck License and experience in driving a truck, as well as a valid walkie licenses. Forklift license is not strickly required, but would be an asset for this job. Please include copies of these licenses with your CV & application.

Truck Driver Job Responsibilities:

- Drive and operate trucks.
- Follow instructions; locate and read location and road maps.
- Pre-inspect truck.
- Pick up goods and materials, verify loads for accuracy, and deliver them as instructed.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Responsible for basic vehicle maintenance; comply with all safe work practices, policies, and processes always.
- Complete and verify paperwork for accuracy
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading qualified publications, maintaining personal networks,



and participating in professional organizations.

Truck Driver Skills and Qualifications:

- Traffic laws/ DOT regulations/ driving knowledge
- Pallet jack experience required; forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly throughout day
- Clean driving record
- No DUI/DWI convictions in the past seven years
- Listening and verbal communication skills
- Dependability
- DZ Licence required -clean abstract.

Warehouse and Inventory Duties and Qualifications:

- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock
- Receive incoming shipments and check for damage
- Organize inventory and help with cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Walkie License required
- Forklift certification desired, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00 per hour
