We are hiring both full time and part time associates for our Shelby’s Burlington location. Job Summary
As a Shelby’s associate you will be working with the owners and managers to ensure that each shift meets Shelby’s standards of guest experience, cleanliness & Legendary Shawarma.
Responsibilities and Duties
Some of an associate’s duties are:
- Making Legendary Shawarma
- Delivering the perfect guest experience
- Handling cash flow of the restaurant
- Ensuring you are delivering great quality products to guests.
- Ensuring all standards are being met for hygiene, cleanliness, food safety & quality, etc.
- Are you able to work flexible shifts based on business needs (including short 3–4 hour shifts and long 10–12 hour shifts when required)?
- Are you available to work both early mornings and late nights (including closing shifts past 11 PM)?
- How many hours per week are you realistically available to work?

- Are you willing to commit to working at Shelby’s for at least 6 months?
- Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where customers are waiting and mistakes must be avoided?
