Cogir is currently looking for a Building Manager to manage more than 200 apartments. If monotony scares you, this is the job for you!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Error: A1
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual.
- Bachelor's degree in administration or in a relevant discipline or 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of multi-housing or real estate
- Naturally focused on customer service and satisfaction.
- Sales/marketing oriented
- Knowledge of financial statement analysis, business plan creation and execution.
