Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler projects, including tenant improvements, residential, and retrofit work.

- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.

- Perform material take-offs and develop pricing.

- Obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations.

- Coordinate with project managers, designers, field staff, and clients.

- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as required.

- Track bid submissions and identify value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of fire sprinkler estimating or related mechanical/construction estimating experience.

- Strong knowledge of NFPA codes, fire protection systems, and applicable building codes.

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.

- Robust organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
