Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an exceptional Early Childhood Educator who is passionate about providing high-quality, relationship-based care and education for young children.

The successful candidate will:

- Hold a valid BC Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Certificate.
- Have recent, hands-on experience working in a licensed early childhood setting.
- Be a warm, professional, and collaborative team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate strong written communication, sound judgement, and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Be highly organised, adaptable, and able to confidently manage multiple priorities in a busy workplace.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule between Monday and Friday, including shifts ending at 5:30 pm.
- Have an interest in, or experience with, Waldorf Early Childhood Education. Previous Waldorf training is an asset but not essential. Successful candidates without Waldorf experience must be enthusiastic about participating in ongoing professional development, conferences, and training.
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada.
