We are looking for a Front Desk Agent who shares our passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in ensuring their stay is seamless, comfortable, and enjoyable. From managing reservations and check-ins to handling inquiries and promoting our hotel services, you’ll help create a positive and lasting impression.Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
- Answer calls, manage reservations, and confirm bookings
- Handle payments (cash, card, check) and balance daily transactions
- Audit, verify, and reconcile daily revenue documentation
- Manage room assignments, inventory, and availability
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and complaints
- Promote hotel amenities, services, and features




- Support smooth front desk operations while maintaining a warm, professional presence

Experience

- We’re looking for someone with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience working at a hotel front desk position. You should be comfortable communicating in English (both spoken and written) and be confident using computers, including tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems/software
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure
- Availability: Must be able to work all shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Education: Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking). Bilingual candidates are an asset.

Pay: $18.50-$19.00 per hour
