We are seeking a dedicated Kinesiologist to join our personal training team at Core Fitness & Rehab in Downtown Abbotsford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing fitness and rehabilitation programs to improve client fitness, strength and overall well-being. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations

In a typical day, you may help someone build the strength to keep up with their grandkids, coach a teenage athlete toward better performance, and guide an ICBC client through rehabilitation after a shoulder injury.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical capabilities and limitations using established clinical protocols.
- Develop personalized fitness and rehabilitation plans aimed at improving mobility, strength, and function.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress, including communication and client reporting to ICBC.
- Utilize computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Demonstrate organizational skills for managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality client care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field from an accredited institution
- Current CPR-C and First Aid Certification
- Ability to communicate confidently and build trust and rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
